As a Sales Agent for 99 Million Fashion, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand’s presence within the global luxury market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, source, and secure contracts with luxury boutiques around the world, fostering strong business relationships and driving revenue growth. You will be the brand ambassador, representing the essence of 99 Million Fashion and contributing to our ongoing success in the luxury fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential luxury boutiques in key cities and regions across the globe. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging market opportunities.
- Business Development: Proactively approach and initiate conversations with luxury boutique owners, decision-makers, and buyers. Present 99 Million Fashion’s unique value proposition and tailor offerings to meet the needs of each boutique.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury boutiques, acting as the main point of contact. Understand their preferences, requirements, and buying patterns to provide personalized solutions that align with our brand’s vision.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with luxury boutiques, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and timely delivery of products.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious targets and expand 99 Million Fashion’s market share within the luxury boutique segment. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, outreach, negotiations, and outcomes. Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful sales professional within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in dealing with luxury boutiques on a global scale.
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion market trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop compelling business cases.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
