Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at 99 Million, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual with proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Salary: min. $150,000 per year

Work Schedulery: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  2. Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling and effective campaigns.
  3. Brand Management:
    • Manage and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics.
  4. Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
    • Utilize analytics to optimize digital campaigns and maximize ROI.
  5. Content Creation:
    • Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  6. Market Analytics:
    • Analyze marketing metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact.
    • Provide regular financial reports on marketing expenditures and ROI.
  8. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and current industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
