As a Fashion Designer at 99 Million, you will play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge and distinctive designs that reflect our brand’s identity and captivate our discerning clientele. This role requires a visionary designer with a deep understanding of fashion trends, materials, and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, luxury garments.

Salary: min. $300,000 per year

Work Schedulery: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design:
   • Develop original and trendsetting designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
   • Create sketches, mood boards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
2. Material and Color Selection:
   • Source and select premium materials, fabrics, and embellishments for each collection.
   • Choose and coordinate color palettes that resonate with the brand’s vision.
3. Pattern Making:
   • Create intricate patterns for various garment types, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
   • Collaborate with the production team to bring designs to life.
4. Stay Current on Trends:
   • Keep abreast of global fashion trends, attending fashion shows, and conducting market research.
   • Translate trend insights into unique and marketable designs.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the creative team, including textile specialists, pattern makers, and other designers.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand positioning.
6. Quality Assurance:
   • Oversee the production process to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
   • Conduct fittings and make adjustments as needed.
7. Presentation:
   • Present design concepts to the creative director and other stakeholders.
   • Contribute to the development of look books and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction.
• Strong sketching and illustration skills.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside conventional boundaries.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering designs of the highest quality.
